The Blakeslee Inn is ecstatic that Chris Mullin has assumed the role of Executive Chef. As the BI’s Executive Chef, Chef Mullin‘s love and passion for his culinary craft have already brought rave reviews, taking The Blakeslee Inn from good fine dining to great fine dining.
After graduation from Pennsylvania Culinary Institute (Pittsburgh PA) in spring 2003 with a degree in Culinary Arts (Le Cordon Bleu) he left his hometown of Wilkes-Barre and moved to Uncasville, Connecticut for the opportunity to Work at Pompeii and Caesar of Mohegan Sun. While at this prestigious establishment, he learned an array of techniques and a fusion of styles including Italian and Asian to compliment his Classic French culinary background.
As Executive Chef Chris Mullin takes extreme personal pride in every dish that leaves his kitchen with meticulous detail.
